Born in Bolu in 1974, Chef Mehmet Yalçınkaya is one of the first chefs to bring fusion cuisine to Turkey. Known to millions as a MasterChef Turkey judge, at MYK he reinterprets the finest produce of our region with modern techniques, and on a menu that changes with the seasons, every plate tells its own story.
